Staring at the closet and wondering what to wear for the Zumbathon® Party?
Here are some tips for you.
Clothing
You may choose something that is comfortable to you. Loose fitting
clothing such as t-shirts, jogging bottoms, leggings or shorts
that will stretch and move with your body and clothing that won't
interfere with dance. Dry-fit sportswear
will be just fine for Zumba® too. Despite
of those boring dark colors sport clothing, try something that is COLOURFUL. You are coming
for Zumbathon® Party For Charity not to memorial service, okay? Let's light up the night with colours!
Shoes
Shoes
must be worn! Barefeet is not an option! Choose
the right shoes that offer stability and cushion your movements. Regular
runners with good support work just fine for Zumba®. If you own dance-fitness or
jazz runners, those work very well because they allow you to slide a bit. Socks
should fit snugly and be thick enough to provide a barrier against
possible blisters. Sandals, high heels are a big NO-NO! You are coming for party, not to hurt yourself, okay?

Gentle Reminders:
Zumba® Fitness consume a lot of energy. Do bring along some energy bars to re-energize and a towel to wipe off sweat. Of course, do not forget
to bring water! You need to drink a lot water so you can keep sweating or else
you will be dehydrated.
